- Melanie Hockey09.07.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely most disgusting customer service and experience ever in my entire life. The way the inspector treated myself and his staff. The way reception spoke to my husband over the phone. They do not listen, they swear at you, they hang up on you when you have simply called to enquire about booking in and should literally be embarrassed to even call themselves a business. They also pulled up an issue on my car that the mechanic said was actually a safety feature and if removed, would be jeopardising the safety of anyone driving.
A formal complaint has been submitted to the Department of Transport and they are investigating. I would never in my life recommend anyone to use them, EVER.
I would give zero stars if it were an option.
